Melt the soaked Gelatine on a double boiler and pour in the liquidiser. Immediately run the mixer until well blended. It takes about 1 or 1/2 min more. Pour it gently over the biscuit crumb. Cover it with a cling film and put it back in the refrigerator.Let it set for 6/8 hours, best kept overnight. Take it out 5 min before serving. Enjoy.
